Runners Wanted!

Do you enjoy running, being outdoors, and hanging out with friends?

If so, join us for 6th Grade Running Club!

 

You can sign up for Running Club by visiting Mrs. Billig’s teacher website.  All the information and forms are available through the site. Cost to join is $25, plus the cost of the optional races. There will be 5 races on Sundays, each will be $20, or you can sign up for all for $75.  The final race at Jackson will be free entry, on Saturday October 14th.  You can pay for the races in advance, or separately each week.

First Practice:

Tuesday, August 29th, 3:00-4:00 

 

What to bring:

• A water bottle

• Snack - you may want to have a small snack right after school so you’re not hungry during practice

• Running clothes & shoes - change before you come to the 5W Lobby. Dress for the weather. Usually it’s pretty hot in September still. Bring shoes designed for running.

 

Make sure your ride is ready to pick you up by 4:00 at door 5W (Sauder Side)
